Delivery Information

Our delivery teams aim to be with you between 12pm and 5pm on your chosen date. We deliver to most of the Bristol area, covering the following postcodes:

BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS11, BS12, BS13, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS17, BS18, BS19, BS29, BS30, BS32, BS34

On the delivery day we will ring your doorbell, and if there is no answer we will leave the box on your doorstep and take a picture of it in situ, unless you have given us alternative specific instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the box if we have had to leave it on your doorstep, so please make every effort to be present to personally receive the box, or instruct us where best to leave it.  

If you need to cancel your order please do so, on the phone or email, by 9pm a day before the delivery date, to avoid being charged in full.
